Terms of Service
What the US$69.99 purchase includes
The one-time purchase is for a personalized business funding research and matching report based on the information submitted by the customer. The report may identify grants, contributions, tax or financial incentives, conditional or partially repayable support, government-backed or commercial financing, and other relevant funding opportunities.
What the purchase does not include
The purchase is not funding, approval, a funding application, guaranteed eligibility, guaranteed savings, guaranteed financing, or a promise that any program will remain open. Application Assistance is a separate service and is not included in the report price.
Business-purpose use
The service is designed for businesses and business-purpose funding research. It is not a personal consumer-credit or personal borrowing service.
Customer information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information. Business Money Finder may rely on submitted information when matching opportunities. Customers must independently confirm final eligibility and application requirements with the official program provider before applying or making a financial decision.
Digital service issues and mandatory rights
If a purchased report cannot be generated or made accessible because of a Business Money Finder service failure, contact Support for review. Nothing in these terms limits cancellation, reimbursement, consumer or other rights that cannot legally be excluded in the customer’s jurisdiction.
Program changes
Funding programs, amounts, deadlines, budgets, eligibility rules and availability can change. A report reflects information verified at the time stated in the report. Program providers make all final decisions.
Privacy Policy
We collect information needed to provide the service, including business profile answers, purchase email, payment status and report/service records. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not requested in the Business Money Finder questionnaire.
Data minimization
The base matching service does not require banking passwords, SIN/SSN, tax-account passwords or similar authentication credentials. Do not submit those credentials through Business Money Finder forms.
How information is used
Information is used to classify the business, match and verify opportunities, create and deliver purchased reports, recover report access, respond to support and Application Assistance requests, prevent abuse, maintain service security and keep necessary operational records.
Service providers and cross-border processing
We may use service providers for hosting, payment processing, email delivery, research and operational infrastructure. Information may therefore be processed in Canada, the United States or other locations where those providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards and law.
Retention and security
We retain service records for operational, security, dispute and legal purposes and use access controls and secure transport intended to protect customer information. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Funding & Amount Disclaimer
Amounts shown are published program values, ranges, limits or other relevant values—not amounts a customer is guaranteed to receive. Opportunities may overlap, may not be stackable, may depend on eligible expenditures or financing terms, and may have separate eligibility requirements. Repayable financing is identified as financing and should not be treated as a grant.
Customers should use official program sources to confirm current availability, deadlines, eligibility, terms and application instructions before acting.

Business Money Finder provides research and informational support. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, securities, lending or other regulated professional advice. Application Assistance does not authorize Business Money Finder to invent facts, make customer certifications, sign on a customer’s behalf, or provide regulated advice for which a licence or professional engagement is required.
Marketing Preferences
Service messages needed to complete a purchase, deliver or recover a report, address security, or respond to a customer request are separate from marketing communications. Marketing communications, where used, should provide the required sender identification and a working unsubscribe mechanism. An unsubscribe request does not prevent necessary transactional or service communications relating to an existing purchase or request.
Cookies & Analytics
Essential browser storage may be used for questionnaire progress, secure report access and other functions needed to provide the service. Optional first-party analytics can measure visits, funnel performance and campaign attribution. Optional analytics remain off unless you choose to allow them.
